If you have to spend the night in a hotel room and don’t want to spend $5k on a new shower door that doesn’t look like it’s going to fit, you’re in luck.
If you’re a real estate agent or developer, you could potentially save thousands on your bathroom fixtures by just selling the fixtures to other developers, and instead of going to a new brand, they can build a cheaper version.
The process is called “wholesaling” and is done through a broker that does the contract with you and the seller, and it’s a relatively simple process that should be quick and simple.
The broker will make sure the parts of the bathroom are on the market, such as a shower door.
Once the contract is signed, the buyer will pay the broker a price that they feel is fair for the parts they’re buying.
The price depends on the type of bathroom the buyer is buying, how long they plan to stay in the bathroom, and if they want to keep the shower door open longer.
This price is then used to negotiate a “whole deal.”
Once the buyer has agreed to the whole deal, they go back and do the same for the other parts of their bathroom.
Wholesaling a bathroom means that the seller can get a much higher price than the buyer.
This will usually mean that they can sell the entire bathroom for a much lower price than what the buyer paid, because the seller is getting the lower price because they’re reselling the part at a much cheaper price.
This is because the buyer doesn’t have to pay a broker fee or take any inventory.
It’s also possible to save money if you use a company called Lease & Lease, which is a small, boutique brokerage firm that specializes in leasing out properties and commercial spaces in the greater Denver metro area.
Lease & Lase sells its services through brokers like Groupon and Home Depot, which can save you thousands of dollars in the process.
Lease&Lase is also a reputable broker in the area, and they’ve been offering “whacks” on residential bathrooms for years, but they’re the first to offer it for commercial and multifamily bathroom units.
Leases & Latches bathroom fixtures can be purchased online or in person for anywhere from $300 to $600 per unit.
It’s worth noting that the units aren’t actually advertised for sale, so you’ll have to check with the seller before making an offer.
For example, if you want to sell a two-bedroom apartment, the lease will typically require you to pay $1,300 for the unit and a $1k for the bathroom fixtures.
Leasing is generally an attractive option for a small apartment with lots of space, but if you’re looking for a big bathroom, a two bedroom could be a better deal.
